The Amelia Earhart Playhouse holds auditions for its family holiday production -- "Elf, the Musical." Audition dates are Sept. 28 and 29 from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
"Elf, the Musical" is based on the beloved 2003 New Line Cinema holiday classic.
Fifteen to 20 men and women -- plus children -- are needed to take the Wiesbaden community on the journey from the North Pole, through the Candy Cane Forest, to the Lincoln Tunnel and New York City to help Buddy find his dad and spread Christmas cheer.
Prepare a song (one verse and chorus) and wear clothes and shoes allowing for free movement during the audition. You may also be asked to read a portion of the script during the audition.
Performance dates are Dec. 3-4, 10-12, 17-18 and Jan. 7-9.
