The Wiesbaden Sports and Fitness Center invites athletes to compete in this individual or team event consisting of three different disciplines totalling 20 kilometers from July 12-16.
Male and female individuals and teams must complete the following timed events:
- Five-kilometer Row
- 10-kilometer Bike
- Five-kilometer Treadmill
First-, second- and third-place will be awarded to the top individuals and teams (male and female).

Competition will be by appointment which will be scheduled between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. July 12-16. Stop by the Fitness Center or call civ (0611) 143-548-9830 to register and make your appointment.
